They did a great job from start to finish. Communication was easy and clear, and they were very responsive with schedule adjustments and follow-ups. As soon as they arrived, they provided an estimate and immediately got to work removing all the junk. They were friendly and professional, and the whole process went very smoothly. Can’t speak highly enough of our experience with American River. We were in a really tough spot in an enormous second level office space near Rancho Cordova with a large common area, many individual offices, and a tight timeline for prepping the space to be sold. Nick and team came through big time, beating his own promise of a deadline and even expanding his scope when we were in a pinch. We received excellent communication, progress photos, and fair pricing. Would highly recommend for any commercial haul away jobs.

Nick and Eddie were great! Friendly, polite and efficient! I had remodeled a powder room and needed the old sink vanity and toilet removed.
