Starting from the phone call, Nick was super nice and actually had lots of availability to haul our couch away, but we scheduled for 2 weeks out. We got notification within 30 minutes of their arrival, but showed up early. Within 20 minutes, Duke and Caleb got our sectional couch disassembled and in their truck.
