WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!! I just cannot begin to express how happy I am with American River Hauling's services and workers! They came to my house and we're very communicative about when they would arrive and they cleaned up my MY WHOLE BALCONY!!!!!!!!!! I FEEL SO GIDDY!!! i have a balcony again, they hauled my couch and even clean up after! Heck the men even took my garbage out for me just to help me out!!!!! Andrew and Duke were extraordinarily kind and conscientious too! I would recommend them to anyone who needs junk removal!

Duke called early to confirm and asked if he could come earlier. I welcomed that. He was super nice and repeatedly asked if there was anything else. The job was completed quickly without any hiccups. I also appreciate the various payment methods available.

1 star. They showed up three hours past the scheduled window with no call and no text, then backed the trailer across my lawn and left ruts in the grass that I am now paying to fix. Nobody took responsibility for it. The crew was rude the entire time, and the final bill came in well above what I was quoted with no explanation. Take your business somewhere else.
